Sale United Football Club hosted Round 4 of Go Sevens last Thursday, with teams stepping up their game as the summer competition reached the halfway point.
Purple Cobras defeated The Special Ones 7-1, and Bayside Astronauts remain undefeated, beating Pink Bits 3-0. Mighty Cornflakes defeated Dico’s Demons 2-0, and Occasionally United was too good for The David’s, taking out a 3-0 victory.
The second round of games saw My Little Morty’s claim the win over Green Grubs in a 10-1 trashing. Tekkerslovakia and Divines drew even, 1-1, while Misfits beat Ringins 3-0 and Mac Rappers were victorious over Raglan Street Blues 5-1.
This week, Tekkerslovakia play Pink Bits at 6.30pm, Purple Cobras meet Bayside Astronauts; Ocasionaly United will face Raglan Street Blues, and Mac Rappers are up against Misfits.
Then at 7.30pm, The Special Ones meet Green Grubs, My Little Morty’s play Divines, Dico’s Demons face The David’s, and Mighty Cornflakes are up against Ringins.
