Nine people in LRH with COVID

There are nine people in hospital at Latrobe Regional Hospital with COVID-19, with four of those in intensive care.

Gippsland Region Public Health Unit is currently managing 340 positive COVID cases throughout Gippsland.

Of these active cases, nine per cent are fully vaccinated.

Twenty-six of the cases are in Wellington Shire – an increase of three on the previous day.

There are nine people in hospital at Latrobe Regional Hospital, with four of those in intensive care.

People in Gippsland with reduced mobility or the elderly can now get vaccinated at home, where a first or second-dose COVID-19 vaccine will be administered by a doctor or nurse.
