SALE Floral Art Group has once again scooped the pool at the prestigious Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.
The group won first-place at the Victorian Floral Art Association’s competition entitled ‘Kaleidoscope’.
First-time exhibitors Jeanette Cooke from Tyers and Vicki Malady from Stratford (pictured above) collaborated to create a stunning design that attracted the judges’ attention.
Featuring a variety of textured plant material and subtle colour combinations of all components, the theme was effectively interpreted with pleasing proportions, rhythm and exciting contrasts.
The Sale Floral Art group meets at 11am on the last Thursday of each month at the Sale Tennis Club.
