Those looking for something to do on Father’s Day may want to swing by The Gippy Nook.
The wine bar and retail venue will be hosting a live music gig with Maffra singer-songwriter Ryan Lestrange.
Owner-operator Natalie Campbell is welcoming everybody to the event, promising a happy, relaxed atmosphere for attendees.
“We will have Gippsland Gourmet Pies available for purchase, and we will also have some of our beers discounted to $3, that being Colonial Pale Ale, Great Northern Original and Carlton Draught – purely just because we’re overstocked on those!” Ms Campbell said.
The venue will also be offering its full standard menu on the day: “cocktails, local wines, local beers, grazing platters, chips, wedges… the lot.”
The Gippy Nook can be found in the old Kazbah Lounge/AMP Building on Raymond Street in Sale.
The event kicks-off at 1pm this Sunday, September 4.
